Our very own brewer and cider expert, Zach Rohm, has continued to perfect his variety of hard ciders all year in anticipation of this season’s 2nd Annual Hard Cider Dinner! You may have even come across a few of his trials on our Think Tap this summer. While focusing on locally sourced ingredients in both the incredibly unique ciders and the four courses paired along with it, this dinner will highlight the fruit of this year’s harvest and the terroir of Michigan.


Ghost of the Green Dragon
Dry Hopped Cider with Hop Head Farms Grungeist and Styrian Dragon, passion fruit concentrate, and wildflower honey. Paired with rock shrimp taco, avocado slaw, passion fruit & cilantro aioli.

Cherry Bloom
Cherry Cider made with local sweet black cherries and honey. Paired with seared duck breast, wild mushroom & blue cheese risotto, sweet cherry jus.

Moonlit Mauve
Whiskey barrel-aged cider made with blackberries and wildflower honey. Paired with cider rubbed spicy pork shoulder, bacon fat biscuit, blackberry & candied onion jam.

Northern Pie
Made with locally sourced apple varieties and apple pie filling with cinnamon, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Paired with heirloom apple pie with aged cheddar crust & maple sugar.
