We were also fortunate to use local hops from […]
HAZY IPA Simply said, this beer is awesome! Being a relatively new style to American brewing, we were excited to release a hazy IPA that called for plenty of oats, huge hop additions at the end of the boil, and two dry hops that give this recipe it’s unique fruitiness.
BBA RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT This winter beer is a full-bodied stout with notes of rich chocolate and roast barley. Deeply complex, it has a smooth, velvety texture with a gentle astringency.
AMERICAN PORTER Brewed for folks interested in a classic American Porter, complete with dark malts and roasted barley.

ENGLISH PREMIUM A local favorite in Baroda, we brewed this beer with traditional ingredients sourced from the UK to create an authentic British Premium. A moderately high bitterness from the EKG hops, with some fruity/floral characters evenly balanced with the toasted biscuit malts, lightly sweet with hints of toffee.
DOUBLE IPA This IPA’s aroma and flavor are sweet yet hoppy. A full-bodied beer with a substantial bitter kick, its hop notes range from piney resinous to tea-like. A real time saver!
