We’re excited to welcome local artisans and makers to participate in our Winter Mini Markets, held every Sunday at Round Barn Winery & Estate in November and December. Each week, we’ll feature a curated selection of four to five vendors, showcasing unique and handcrafted goods perfect for holiday shoppers and gift-givers.
We aim to offer a fresh experience for our guests by featuring different vendors each week, though a repeat may occur. You’ll have the flexibility to choose which date works best for you.
This is a wonderful opportunity to highlight your products to a festive crowd in the heart of wine country!
The Round Barn Winter Mini Markets will be hosted at the Round Barn Winery & Estate in Baroda, Michigan on Sundays, starting November 17 through December 22.
The market time will be 12 to 5 pm EST.
There will only be four to five vendors per market day.
If you are accepted into the show, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $25 entry fee, which is due within two weeks of acceptance. Your announcement email will provide further details.
Your booth will be placed upstairs inside the Round Barn. The market does not place outside.

Applications will not be considered until all requirements are received.
Exhibitors are responsible for all needs pertaining to Michigan State Sales Tax.
The application period opens on Thursday, September 26.
The application period closes on Sunday, October 13.
Round Barn's marketing team will manage and support the market's event through various platforms, including social media, email marketing, website and more.
Individual vendors for this event are highly encouraged to post on their social media sites and websites.

Entente Spirits, LLC and its employees are not responsible for any loss of product, loss of sales opportunity, or injury occurred in your space due to unfortunate weather or unforeseen accidents. All vendors MUST submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance with coverage, naming Entente Spirits, LLC as additionally insured.
The application deadline is Sunday, October 13. Please submit all information at the time of submission. Applications will be reviewed and notified no later than two weeks after the application deadline.
