Our Vineyard Cabanas, in partnership with Sincerely K & J Luxury Picnics & Events, allows you and your group to enjoy our sprawling Southwest Michigan vineyards from the comfort of your own private getaway while being only steps away from the action. All cabanas are styled by Sincerely K & J and include pillows, blankets, additional decor, appetizer plates, linen napkins, & glassware.

General Cancellation
No cancellations within 48 hours of the event time. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a full refund. No refund will be issued if you do not show up for your booking. If you want to cancel, please email us at roundbarn@moerschhg.com and add "Cancel Vineyard Cabana" in the subject line.
Weather Cancellations
Round Barn & Sincerely, K & J reserve the right to move reservations indoors (upstairs suites in Round Barn) on the day of your scheduled cabana due to inclement weather. Round Barn will notify you of the change to location via phone or email as soon as a weather decision is made. If we can not accommodate your group indoors due to party size, you will be issued a credit to be used towards a cabana, igloo, or vineyard picnic experience for up to one (1) year from your originally scheduled date. Weather decisions are made the morning of, and cannot be relocated outdoors once moved inside.
This add-on experience includes adult juice boxes and heart sunglasses for each guest in your party (yours to keep), a selection of bachelorette party card games, fun photo booth props, a polaroid camera & film, and a custom letter-board sign. Sincerely, K & J will email you directly for the message you would like on your letterboard!
Even though Round Barn Winery & Estate is dog-friendly, we do not allow dogs in the Vineyard Cabanas.
Yes! Well-behaved kids are always welcome but need to be closely attended by parents at all times. Unfortunately, we do not have a playground or offer activities for children, so please consider bringing quiet activities to keep them entertained.
Babies and toddlers do not count towards the guest's count.
If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time, the reservation may be refilled (i.e. canceled). If you arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation, your reservation will end at the same time, and it does not get extended.
